4 Week Beginner Training Plan


Welcome to my 4-week training program that is perfect for anyone starting out on their fitness journey, even if it is your first time setting foot in the weight room.

The program is extremely beginner-friendly, but will also be challenging for any intermediate or even advanced trainee. The workouts keep a consistent structure to ensure you get stronger and perfect your form on your compound movements throughout the month.

The program is a 4-day per week, gym-based workout split. The workouts should take about one hour tops in the gym. The program includes a recommended weekly training schedule, instructions on how to manage your progress over the 4 weeks, and each exercise is linked to a video demonstration so you can check your form. The excel document allows you to track your workouts and makes it easy for you to coach yourself through the process week-by-week!
